NYC using ranked voting in mayoral primaries

Thirteen Democrats and two Republicans made a last minute effort to rally supporters Tuesday as voters cast their ballots in New York City's mayoral primary. The ranked choice voting system lets voters rank up to five candidates on their ballot. (June 22)
