China, Russia loom over Biden meeting with NATO SG

President Joe Biden supported strengthening NATO during talks with Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. In preparation for the June 14 summit in Brussels, Stoltenberg said "biggest challenge is that we live in a much more unpredictable world." (June 7)
